- Determine which recreation sites and infrastructure are at risk from increased flooding and other natural hazards
- Prioritize post-disturbance treatments
- including relocation
- arming
- and other mitigation measures
- Invest strategically in developed recreation facilities
- prioritizing those that will be viable in the future and accommodate changing use patterns
